Drop in NA Cam

This is the most popular Performance upgrade for the Polaris Pro R RZR. Our custom cams offer the best price per horse power. These performance camshafts had 9 revisions before we released them to the market. Our optimized lobe duration maximizes air and fuel to enter the engine to maximize combustion. This modification brings no added wear and tear to the motor and is just as safe as a stock camshaft. Other drop in cams on the market do not perform the same as our custom cam. you can only purchase this cam from Bikeman or one of our dealers.

  • 300 chp with ECU tune, BMP exhaust and Camshafts.
  • +30hp with Cams at 8650 rpm's from stock

  • Custom Cut spec (can only purchase this spec from Bikeman)
  • collaboration with the most renowned 4cyl performance parts brand, Brian Crower
  • Stock HP 230-235, 270hp with our Torque Link tune and slip on
  • No additional head upgrades required
  • Hard Flash is REQUIRED with this part
  • Professional Installation Recommended or prior engine experience

Forced Induction Cams (Stage 3)

Designed for boost levels in the 8 to 20psi range, works well with non-ported cylinder head and stock valve springs. Wider lobe separation & short duration build more cylinder pressure.

Adv Dur (.020") 262°/258°
Dur @ .050 234°/230°
Valve Lift (1:1) .436"/.422"
Valve Lift (mm) 11.07/10.72

Forced Induction Cams (Stage 3)

Big lift with short duration focuses on building cylinder pressure on boosted applications. Requires BC spring/retainer kit. ECU and CNC cylinder head with oversize valves will deliver big gain in performance. Due to high lobe lift, it is mandatory that you change the valve guides and use BC valve seals. Failure to do so will result in retainer to guide contact causing damage to the head and/or cams. Must run with aftermarket pistons with proper valve reliefs built-in. Cannot be ran with stock/OE pistons due to possible piston to valve contact.

Adv Dur (.020") 265°/262°

Valve Lift (1:1) .450"/.436"

Steps for starting your Pro R after ecu hard flash

*** These steps are different than the service manual. Do not follow service manual steps ***

1. Roll the engine over by hand at least 10 revolutions clockwise when looking at it from the rear.
2. Check Cam timing to make sure it is correct
3. Make sure coolant and oil is at the correct level.
4. Start the engine and hold above 2000rpm until it reaches 170 degrees F.
5. Using the throttle drop rpm 50 rpm per 30 seconds until idle seems unstable.
6. Stay at the unstable rpm until it becomes stable and then repeat step 5.
7. Once the machine is idling at 1450 stable with no throttle input let sit and idle for 10-15 minutes.
8. Your machine is now ready to ride.
9. On higher duration cams it is common to need to give a little throttle to start the vehicle this is completely normal.
