Bikeman MAP Policy:
The Bikeman Performance Plus MAP Policy allows any reseller of its products to sell them at our retail price. You can match our advertised sales for holidays and promotions.
Any items being sold in violation of this policy will result in a written warning and the party in violation will be required to adjust their pricing to comply with this MAP policy within two weeks. If violations persist after the first written warning and the two-week period, Bikeman Performance Plus will take steps to ensure the violator no longer a dealer of Bikeman Performance products.
