Also the way the stock intake air flows into the reeds, causes reeds to crack from uneven airflow. Our intake solves 2 problems not just 1. We made our intake out of billet aluminum, which will resist cracking unlike the stock plastic ones. With our design will gain strength and increase air flow. Keeping you riding!

** TECH TIP **
It is a very in depth process to get to the intake and/or replace the reed pedals. You must remove plastics, fuel tank, secondary clutch, intake box, and throttle bodies to access the intake and reeds. If you do not feel comfortable with this job we recommend taking it to a dealer for install.
