CNC Dept

Here at Bikeman we have a state of the art CNC Department. We make our Clutch Weights, Cyclone Clutch Covers, Billet heads, and many other parts that make your machine go fast. This department handles digital design, manufacturing, revisions, and mass production of our milled products.

We get a new machine in and break down its performance weak points on the performance end, whether it is wearing, breaking, or can have a added element of adjustability. From there we design products to fit the machine. Once we make a prototype, it goes to the dyno and or to the field for testing. After testing we usually have revisions to make the product even better. Some products have seen up to 8 revisions before released to market.
