IMPORTANT - Read the entire instructions before proceeding. If any of it does not make sense or is not in your skillset, please have an experienced technician perform the install.

  1. Remove the primary clutch using a Bikeman Primary Clutch puller MB-10985.
  2. Place Primary Clutch in Bikeman clutch compression tool.
  3. Remove all six primary cover bolts. (do not use impact)
  4. Release the Clutch Compression Tool and remove the stock P-85 Primary Clutch Cover.
  5. Install the new Bikeman Cyclone Clutch Cover.
  6. Clamp clutch compression tool to compress spring.
  7. Tighten the 6 primary clutch cover bolts to 100 inch/lbs.
  8. Reinstall the primary clutch on the RZR.
  9. Torque main primary clutch through bolt on the crankshaft to 80 ft/lbs.
  10. Recheck torque on the Primary Clutch Cover bolts and main bolt after 1st ride.
