Eliminate compressor surge and maximize intake airflow on your Polaris Patriot Boost with the Bikeman Performance High-Flow Anti-Surge Compressor Housing. Designed to expand intake air volume, this housing features strategically engineered anti-surge recirculation ports that prevent airflow stall during rapid on/off/on throttle transitions.

By upgrading the compressor inlet from the restrictive stock 2.5-inch diameter to a massive 3.0-inch high-flow inlet, this housing widens the turbocharger's compressor map. The result is smoother low-speed drivability, faster turbo spooling, stronger mid-range punch, and long-term protection for your turbo bearings and shaft.

Critical Installation & Tech Notes

  • Locating Pin Removal: You MUST remove the stock locating pin on the factory turbo before installation. (This pin is only used at the factory to orient the stock Polaris logo forward.)

  • 2022–2025 Turbo Models: Install the reused stock O-ring directly into the machined O-ring groove.

  • 2026+ Turbo Models: Seat the reused stock O-ring all the way against the face plate face.
