Ranger 800
The Ranger 800 lineup is great, but they have so much more potential! Polaris really left a lot on the plate for these machines, and we can help fill it! If your model came with a restrictor plate, REMOVE IT! Then call us up for a Power Commander 5 EFI controller. We have a custom tuned map for the Ranger 800 with no restrictor plate that increases timing and fuel to give you more power. Even if your model doesn't have a restrictor from the factory, it can still use more timing and fuel. Next you would want to pick up our full exhaust system, we recommend ceramic as these Rangers get very hot under the seat. For all this added power you will need to do clutching. Even with a stock machine clutching is HUGE, not to mention if you add bigger tires or horsepower it is a MUST! Our kits come complete with adjustable weights, primary spring, and the much smoother, better shifting TAS-03 secondary complete with helix and spring. Now if you want big horsepower take those same mods and add our big bore, cam, and head porting. We also offer a great turbo kit that really pushes horsepower to the next level.
