Stage 1

This is just a great motor, plain and simple! Well maybe not stock, but boy oh boy does it have potential!!! By adding our higher flow performance y pipe and Fatt Azz single pipe alone, the power jumps up 22 horsepower! Now we found the 07 and 08 models to typically make around 169-170hp stock, and it 09 the power dropped down to 165-166 hp. So were we added a 2.5 degree timing key on the 07-08 models, the 09 we jumped the timing key up to our 3.75 degree version because the timing was so much more retarded. Then the 09 settles in at the same power as the earlier models, around 193-195hp!! Crazy crazy power for just bolting on a exhaust system and timing key! Now sure other companies have had pipes making similar horsepower, but our pipe just has so much more grunty torque it nuts! Plus we include a self of our special exhaust valve spacers to increase the mid range power by another 15 horsepower and thats part of why our pipe smokes the competitions. This is because the exhaust valves open at 6800 rpm, and when they do the power just skyrockets, which is good, but hard to clutch in the mid range. By using our exhaust valve spacers the machines are able to pull much heavier clutch weights, which in turn puts a lot more power to the ground because of the much broader powerband with so much torque. So you get our pipe and manifold, offset timing key, billet big flow intake on the CFR or bullseyes on the F1000, a Power Commander EFI controller, and top it off with our Stage 2 clutch kit with adjsustable weights and overdrive secondary. Now you have one bad muscle machine!

Stage 2

Adding our billet head kit for either high or low altitude. If you opt to add our pump gas Billet head and Boyesen Rad Valves we were getting 200-202 hp with stock cylinders and over 140 lb/ft of torque!

Stage 3

This is where we go big! Add our cylinder porting on top of the stage 1 & 2 kits. Gains are typically in the 9-10 horsepower range! Be sure to box up your cylinders & exhaust valves with care and send them in. Turnaround time is normally 8-12 business days. We can also have your cylinders repaired if need be. Stage 3 also comes with Boyesen Rage Cages for added power and mid range.

At Dynotechresearch.com for independent dyno testing this kit produced 213-214hp and 143-144 lb/ft of torque! We have also found that the ported cylinders really like the larger 56mm throttle bodies producing another 5-6 horsepower!  Hold on!  This is the ultimate package for your machine!  This motor is just making crazy horsepower with stump pulling torque and an extremely broad powerband from 7500-7900rpm.  It just loves to be worked hard!  Be the king of the lake or the king of the hill
